You are responsible for providing the correct shipping details;

You are responsible for any duties or import fees if needed;

We label all our packages as low value “Gifts” to avoid incurring import taxes;

All our products are shipped directly from our Hong Kong warehouse;

We will provide a tracking number by email;

It takes up to 3 business days for your tracking information to appear on the shipping company’s website;

In some countries, packages may be delayed while they clear customs.

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs to each country are calculated upon checkout according to different global shipping zones.

Processing & Shipping Time

Processing Time:  5-7 business days

Shipping Time: Between 10-20 business days

Some items may have longer processing times depending on the volume of orders.
